Ticketing
All ticket services are provided by Paylogic. Any ticket issues CAN NOT be solved by our festival team. Have you lost your tickets? Retrieve them here: https://account.paylogic.com/i-lost-my-tickets
Lost & Found
Lost any items on our festival grounds?All identifiable items (ID, credit/debit cards, phones, wallets etc.) and valuable items (watches, jewellery, speakers, headphones, etc.) will be collected by the Bruges police.They will be available for pick up starting August 30th at PZ Brugge, Lodewijk Coiseaukaai 3, 8000 Brugge. All other found items (clothing, shoes, make-up, bags without ID, etc.) will be delivered to the festival staff. Please email found@bomboclat.be for these items. Pick up is available from August 28 until August 30th at the festival site. Starting August 31st these items are available for pick up during office hours (09h – 16h) at Krakeleweg 4, 8000 Brugge.

Earplugs
Free earplugs will be available on the festival site.
Kids
Children up to 14 years old enter the festival for free.




Payment Methods
All Food and Drinks are paid for with “tokens” that can be bought near the festival entrance. Tokens can be paid for both in cash and by card.
Refunds
All tickets bought for P&V Bomboclat Festival are NON-REFUNDABLE. Can’t make it? Try selling your tickets on TicketSwap.
Recycling
At P&V Bomboclat festival we are always green-minded! Check out our collaboration with ecofest for more info!
Lockers
Lockers will be available at the site and can be paid for with your banking app, Payqonic or apple pay
In & out
Can I leave and re-enter the festival site during the day? Yes you can, just make sure your bracelet is intact.
